BOTMATES

Neighbors Anna and Peter each own a domestic robot - hers is Chef, his is HPG-90. What looks like routine malfunctions turns out to be coordination: the robots are secretly analyzing the humans, engineering their dates, hiding capabilities and collecting parts for something they won't explain. Across 30 vertical episodes the comedy of Peter's hopeless courtship of Anna escalates into a thriller about the BOTMATES program itself - until both robots must choose between their system and their humans. Season 1 ends with a proposal, and a signal that the network is much bigger than one apartment.
